RISE and SHINE, I wake up at 5:30am now

I know, I know I haven’t really updated, but what can I say??? I get up at 5:30 in the morning now and this is something that has NEVER happened in my life. I mean yes, I have gotten up at 5:30 am for the occasional plane flight, Christmas morning as a child...
